HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?
Usually around 1 – 4 weeks but it depends on your order quantity and our capacity. We always make sure to provide you with the best quality of products so we do not rush our production.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk packaging is 2 pallets but we do not have minimum orders for purchase of retail products with our brand. We can adjust to your needs.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
Here are our Terms of Payment :
- For orders of three freight-pallets and below, 100% advance full payment, paid 5 days prior to shipment pick-up or delivery.
- For orders of three freight-pallets and above, 50% down payment; balance paid 5 days prior to shipment pick-up or delivery.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
We accept TT or LC payment.
